But my real calling came when I hit midlife burnout myself.My energy tanked.My hormones shifted.My mood and focus were all over the place.And even though food was always my joy… it suddenly felt overwhelming.
It took me 18 months to rebuild my energy, stabilize my hormones, and create simple rhythms that brought me back to myself.Along the way, I leaned on everything I knew as a trained chef, culinary nutritionist and certified menopause coach, and still had to learn how to make healthy feel doable in real life.
